I second that idea for Etrigan vs. Ghost Rider. Great match up this year, i was hoping you would use Hellboy in one of your who would win videos someday.
In the comics recently, it's been stated that HE IS A DESCENDENT OF KING ARTHUR! I repeat... Hellboy is related to King FUCKING Arthur. As such... he can wield the holy sword, EXCALIBUR! As it is a holy weapon, it can HARM AND KILL Spawn as he is weak against Holy Weapons.
As such, it is obvious who would fucking win the fight.
